Brick & Mortar Media LLC provides visibility assessments, website services, and related implementation support. Specific scope, deliverables, payment terms, and timing are confirmed before work begins.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the approved proposal or service agreement. Work begins after the required agreement, payment, information, and access are received.

No guarantee of results

Recommendations are based on professional review and the information available. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, customer volume, or specific business outcomes.

Intellectual property

Client deliverables and usage rights are defined in the applicable agreement. Brick & Mortar Media retains ownership of its internal methods, templates, and scoring systems.
